major European insurance group have a requirement for an Insurance Accountant to be based in their offices near Bracknell, Berkshire. Reporting to the FC your key responsibility is to provide support in relation to regulatory reporting (FSA) and the recording of financial transactions in accordance with regulatory and Group requirements. You will also be involved in the assistance of quarterly reporting and preparing commentaries and variance analysis where required plus assistance in the preparation of technical budgets and reforecasts. Ideally you will be a part qualified/QBE accountant with previous insurance experience and exposure to FSA and other regulatory returns and in return you will receive a salary of up to £45k + bonus + excellent other benefits.
